Member's Yearly Meeting is scheduled on Sunday, December 14, 2025 at 1p.m., in the Florida Room in the Atrium, Central Campus.
A light lunch will be served. If you have not already sent it, bring your ballot to vote for 3 Board of Directors members. Voting will close at 1:10p.m. You may bring your 2026 dues as well.
St. Andrews Estates is one of the best kept secrets in all of Sun City Center. Our neighborhood of 210 homes is a beautiful jewel among all the other Sun City Center neighborhoods. Quiet curving streets frame our lovely homes with their extra large yards. Neighbors are friendly and willing to help one another.
